> qpAdm ancestry decomposition of customer-supplied raw genotype data. One

## What this service does

Fits an uploaded autosomal genotype against published ancient reference
populations using qpAdm, and returns the model, the ancestry weights, and their
standard errors.

It is NOT a medical, diagnostic, paternity, forensic or legal service. It
establishes no nationality, ethnicity, community membership, caste, religion or
entitlement, and issues no certificates of ancestry or origin.

## The acceptance test — the part that distinguishes this service

Most consumer services return confident percentages for any file supplied. This
one publishes an acceptance test that can refuse, and there are two distinct
refusals:

- INTAKE REFUSAL — the file is not a usable autosomal genotype (an HTML error
  page, an exome VCF, a Y-only or mtDNA-only extract, insufficient markers).
  No analysis runs. Refunded in full.
- INFEASIBILITY REFUSAL — the file reads correctly, the analysis runs, and the
  fitted weights fall outside 0-100%, meaning no combination of the reference
  sources describes this person. That is a real analytical finding, delivered
  as the report. Not refunded.

Acceptance is decided on WEIGHT FEASIBILITY, not on the p-value. p measures
power to reject and therefore rises as coverage falls, which makes a p-threshold
rule more permissive exactly as an upload gets worse.

## Coverage

The current reference set describes North-West South Asian ancestry best.
Ancestries outside that range are likely to receive an infeasibility refusal.

## Flow

1. Upload the raw data export from 23andMe, AncestryDNA or MyHeritage at
   https://www.indoaryan.com/
2. Pay. One price, no subscription.
3. The report is emailed within 24-48 hours as a private link.

## Data handling

Uploads are stored encrypted, never sold or shared, and deleted automatically
30 days after upload. Earlier deletion on request. Uploads are not added to any
reference panel without separate explicit opt-in.
