Find your order
Every order has a private status page. Look for its link in the order-placed email.
Where the link is
- Open the email with the subject line "Order placed" followed by the first eight characters of your reference. We attempt to send this email after payment is recorded.
- The "View order status" button in that email is your link. It has the form www.indoaryan.com/order/<reference>.
- Check your spam or promotions folder — the first email from a new sender often lands there.
Lost the email?
Write to us via the contact page quoting the order number from your checkout receipt to request your status link. Do not attach genetic data.
The status link is the key to your order. Anyone holding it can see the status and, once the report is ready, request it — so do not forward it.
